Come out and support the inspiring and tireless work of the Immigrants' Assistance Center in New Bedford, MA. The IAC services thousands of immigrants throughout the Southcoast, whether on their path to citizenship and integration into the community, or helping those who are being deported to their country of origin.
This is not a political event! It's an opportunity to share some great local music by a group of young performers and talented area musicians. The kids who make up Morrissey Blvd are concerned about the status of 800,000 young adults brought to the U.S. as children and protected from deportation under the DACA program, which has been terminated. All funds raised will go to the dedicated team of the IAC as they raise awareness for the need for new protections for the DACA young people.
All ages -- including families and students -- are invited.
Ticket prices are being kept low so everyone can participate -- you can bring a family (of up to 6) for only $10. For those who can contribute above the ticket price, we welcome your donation!
